• Location Data (GPS): We collect your precise or approximate location to verify if you are within our serviceability area, to match you with the nearest available service partners (mechanics, plumbers, electricians, etc.), and to provide live tracking.
• Service Data: Details about your service requests, including addresses, vehicle/appliance models, and issue descriptions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for the following operational purposes:

• To dispatch service partners accurately to your pinned location.
• To send critical updates, order confirmations, and tracking links via notifications.
• To calculate estimated pricing and verify service completion via QR code scanning.
• To improve our application's performance and prevent fraudulent activities.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. However, we use trusted third-party services to ensure the app functions smoothly:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: Used for secure database hosting, real-time syncing, and OTP authentication.
• Google Maps API: Used to fetch location addresses, calculate distances, and display live partner tracking.
• Service Partners: We share your specific name, phone number, and location address strictly with the partner assigned to your booking so they can reach you.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure server hosting (Firebase), to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. OTPs are securely handled and never stored in plain text.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your personal data. You can update your profile details or choose to completely delete your account and associated data directly from the "Profile" section within the FIX app. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases.

6. Children's Privacy

The FIX application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
